Read the result correctly
Spendable Gems are your balance minus your reserve. Divide that by the current spin price and round down to get your attempts. The remaining balance includes your reserve and any Gems that cannot buy a full spin.
The chance estimate uses 1 − (1 − p)ⁿ, where p is the chance per spin and n is your affordable attempts. At a reported 7% per spin, five attempts give about a 30.43% chance of at least one Demolitionist. Each new attempt still has the same assumed rate.
